One member of the unit can exchange their harpoon for a fearsome-looking gun, and another can swap theirs for a skyhook and telescope. There are seven interchangeable male duardin heads and four female, as well as a pair of male heads that go with specific bodies and a pair of female heads that go with other miniatures.
